Welcome! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, raised in California and a Kansas transplant. For over a decade, I’ve walked alongside individuals, couples, and families as they navigate life’s challenges and discover new ways to grow and heal. My passion is in helping people reconnect with their strengths, build healthier relationships, and find hope in places that may feel stuck or overwhelming. Whether you’re navigating with a new diagnosis, or figuring out old stuck patterns, I see therapy as an opportunity to join my expertise with your expertise to collaboratively move in the direction of your goals.

My background includes working in community mental health, primary care, and higher education. As a clinician who has worked in primary care and collaborated with medical professionals, I believe in whole-person care—tending to emotional, physical, and relational wellbeing together—because lasting change comes when all parts of our lives are supported.

I earned my PhD in Marriage and Family Therapy from Kansas State University and have training in approaches such as EMDR, trauma-focused CBT, solution-focused therapy, and integrated behavioral healthcare. I’ve also completed training in emerging areas like metabolic psychiatry and nutritional interventions for mental health, which allow me to bring innovative, whole-person perspectives into my work.

When I’m not working with clients, you can find me listening to live music, spending time with my family, and being outdoors.
